Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi has been roasting coffee since 1871. Today, it is one of the largest and oldest coffee companies in Turkey.

Using the latest fully automated filling and sealing machines, the company packages its coffee in specially designed cans that preserve freshness until the expiry date—keeping the coffee as fresh as the day it was roasted and ground.

Coffee manufacturing is an art. From selecting the finest beans to roasting, grinding, and packaging, every stage of the process requires skill, expertise, and great attention to detail. It takes a perfectionist to choose the highest-quality coffee beans, a trained ear to hear the subtle sounds of beans roasting, and meticulous care to grind the coffee to perfection.

Like any true art, coffee production is not simply learned—it is inherited. The secrets of producing exceptional coffee are passed down from father to son, from master to apprentice.
